Liner Changes

When St Joe Valley Pools replaces your pool liner, we pressure check your lines, clean and repair your pool walls, add wall foam if it’s needed, replace gaskets and faceplates, clean your hard bottom floor or re-sand and trowel your sand floor. We haul away your old liner and we send it to recycle (if applicable), not the landfill if we can help it. If there are equipment repairs, we will schedule those repairs at the same time as the liner change to save the homeowner time and cost for additional service calls. We offer in-ground liners in 20 and 27 Mil material with many different elegant and exciting liner designs. Not all the styles are shown on our liner patterns page, so please inquire about other styles that are available. Make your vinyl liner pool look brand new again. Replace your old sand with a vermiculite bottom.
Sand bottom pools are less costly to install but have their challenges. Sand shifts and foot prints form easily even with the best trowling work. Consider installing a vermiculite bottom when you have your next liner replaced.

The wood walled pool pictured here was originally installed 7 years prior and it’s walls had began to deteriorate and were falling in. We can rebuild the pool you love with triple bend steel, composite or drop in a new fiberglass pool.
Pool openings, closings and weekly maintenance
We offer weekly maintenance and pool equipment service. Schedule a complete pool opening and closing or for the homeowners comfortable handling the pool cover themselves, we will provide an equipment only option. We will use your pool chemicals or we can provide our chemicals which are manufactured locally in Michigan.

Add one of the many liner-over stair options to an existing pool. Corner, full length, wedding cake stair (pictured here) or other custom options can be added during your next liner change. Steel or polymer stairs can be fitted to almost any shape no matter the age of the pool.
